This two-weekend workshop course is designed for Alexander Technique teachers who recognize the need for more awareness of and adaptation to hypermobility in their practices. Participants are introduced to information about Ehlers Danlos Syndromes and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, guided in exploration of AT principles as they apply to all bodies, and educated on adaptive protocol for working with hypermobile students. This upcoming course will be the third that Ann Rodiger, Carol Boggs, and Laura Tuthall have led.
First weekend: October 11th - 13th, 2019
Second Weekend: February 7th - 9th, 2020
